We survived the dotcom bubble and the Great Recession, says Curt Revelette, and now we're learning to navigate the coronavirus. I recently had lunch with my cousin, who is co-founder of the East Tennessee Restaurant Association (ETNRA). Since 1974, Shoney's South has been trying to appeal to customers with its East Ridge openings and restaurants in Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville and other cities. Although there are more than 1,000 restaurants in the East Tennessee region, all Shony's restaurants are located in the Nashville area.
The Hungry Fisherman is located in the East Ridge area, with locations in Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville and other cities.

The $4 million investment in East Ridge is the latest in a series of investments by Revelette and her brother Mason in the Nashville and Murfreesboro areas, where they operate more than a half-dozen restaurants. Jonathan's Grille joins a number of other restaurants as part of the Jordan Crossing development, including the restaurant's sister restaurant in Nashville. Before taking over a second restaurant in Chattanooga, he plans to open a restaurant near Huntsville, Alabama. Reveille and his brother Mason plan to open a third location in Chattanooga, possibly in an old school restaurant building on the east side of downtown.
They would like to have the upscale sports barbecue, which seats 350 guests and has 50 televisions to watch football, basketball, football, baseball and other sports games, to attract fans of the sports teams competing at nearby Camp Jordan and their families.
The East Ridge restaurant employs about 65 people and is now accepting applications, the 39-year-old businessman said. He said he also bought the former 212 Market restaurant in downtown Chattanooga last summer for $1.35 million, where he plans to open a new restaurant in about 12 to 18 months.
