• Ruby Falls, located in Chattanooga, Tenn., is one of the major tourist attractions that include waterfalls and museums. It offers information and facts about the caves and provides field and day trips, and interactive and educational programs to the students. Ruby Falls has a capacity of more than 300 gallons of water. It also provides food services and facilities to tourists and offers group discounts for groups of more than 15 people. Its menu includes sub sandwiches, hotdogs, pizzas and snacks and it also offers a special drinks menu. It additionally provides online reservation services to its registered clients. The facility provides free on-site parking spaces for recreational vehicles and motor coaches.

  

  Tips

  • Shoot Fast
    The lights are only on the falls for a few minutes, and they turn off without warning, so take a snapshot quickly.
    
  • Slippery When Wet
    Much of the cave is slippery and not easily managed by older or handicapped guests.

  Beautiful falls, long, cramped walk

  The falls at the back of the cave are beautiful, but the long, narrow walk in and out is pretty miserable. This is a very crowdy, very touristy location. If you're looking for a relaxing, natural cave opt for something like Cathedral…
