I was very impressed with the level of service at this store as well as the selection of products. I'm an avid cyclist who was visiting from out of town and was treated very well. As a female, I sometimes find bike shops either ignore me or assume I know nothing about cycling, but not at East Ridge Bicycles. The guys at East Ridge were fantastic and went above and beyond good service.
